• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available if you miss your appointment or fail to provide medical records confirming a qualifying condition prior to your consultation. We value your time and kindly ask that you respect ours.

• Certifications are not guaranteed. Per Nebraska laws you must have a qualifying diagnosis.

• Safety Notice: Evaluations will not be conducted while a patient is driving or engaging in any unsafe activity. If you join your appointment while operating a vehicle, you will be asked to pull over immediately. Failure to do so will result in the session being terminated and no refund will be issued.
